PDMA COMPLIANCE INSTRUCTIONAL ANIMATION

Compliance is a serious thing, but that doesn’t mean it has to be bland. In fact, a more memorable approach can enhance understanding and retention. And by optimizing the seat time, your employees can have a much more direct, focused, and time reduced experience.

Illumen paired solid instructional design and creative design to define a short but memorable instructional animation. Due to the nature of the compliance, Illumen developed a very humanized animation, depicting business colleagues guiding employees through the situations and the procedures associated with the compliance.

The final deliverable was a video file that was both integrated into a learning module and played on its own through the LMS and on certain educational TV screens. It could be emailed directly as well.
