Challenge: Our client required a training course for their surgeons and sales representatives to learn the details of a specific spine procedure. They wanted a hands-on experience that allowed the users to interact with others in the operating room.
Solution: Illumen Group developed a procedure that walks the learner through the procedure step-by-step, and assesses their knowledge by having the surgeon and sales representative perform a simulation of the surgery on their own. Medical peers are able to ask questions, provide information while the learner interacts by answering or performing a task. This decision- tree-based scenario allows the learner to have different outcomes based on their actions.
