Challenge: Richard Wolf Medical Instruments (RWMI) is a leading provider of endoscopic products. RWMI asked Illumen to develop an interactive training solution that would educate physicians and nurses on the use and maintenance of their Chip E-Vac product.

Strategy: Illumen Group developed a Care and Use CD-ROM and website that encompassed the product nomenclature, video, voice over, and animation with step-by-step instructions to educate the audience on each procedure.

Results: The final CD-ROM and website received great reviews by both Richard Wolf and medical personnel using the product. As a result, the Chip E-Vac program is also being used by the RWMI sales force to help secure sales.
