Challenge: Berkeley Training teamed with Illumen Group to design and develop a new training course for more than 850 Harley-Davidson dealerships within the United States. The quality of Harley-Davidson’s motorcycles is apparent in any dealership. As new approaches to better customer service arise within a store, training courses must be developed and made available to the dealership employees.
Solution: As new signage and approaches to product displays became available, Illumen Group developed a course containing the latest information to allow dealerships interactive tools to test their knowledge and keep them current. This SCORM-based module has a new look but carried over elements from previous courses to continue the look and feel already established.
