Challenge: Many of our clients need methods of putting their employees into their working environment to interact with working conditions; not only do they need to learn process steps, but also decision-making and problem solving skills, time management, safety, and administrative training.
Solution: We developed a tool that allows us to more rapidly create training environments that are then customizable to our client’s needs. In this case we have put together a simple sandwich training course to lead new employees to develop strong time management and critical thinking skills. Using a game like structure, employees build their experience through scenario-based training.
